Personal Injury Lawyers in Ontario
We act only for injured people, never for insurance companies. Every claim below runs on Ontario deadlines, and some of them are measured in days rather than years.
Personal injury covers a wide range of claims, but they share a shape. Something happened that was not your fault, you are now dealing with an insurer, and the insurer deals with thousands of these a year while this is the only one you will ever have.
Pick the area closest to what happened. Each page sets out the deadlines that apply, how the claim actually works, and what it costs, which is nothing unless we win.
If you want to understand the money first, the compensation estimator shows what Ontario's statutory deductible does to a pain and suffering award before any of it reaches you.
