SIDHUINJURY LAWYERS

Personal Injury Lawyers Across Ontario

Same law in every city. Different municipality to serve, different courthouse, different 10-day notice. Pick the city where it happened.

We act for injured people across Ontario. The limitation period, the statutory deductible, the tort threshold and accident benefits are provincial, so they are identical in every city on this page.

What is not identical is who you serve. A fall on a road or sidewalk that was not kept in repair needs written notice to the municipality within 10 days, and in a two-tier region the city and the region own different roads. Serving the wrong one inside that window is the mistake that ends these claims.

Each page below sets out the road authority for that city, which court a claim is issued in, which transit authority operates the buses, and where major trauma is treated.
